A 3-days old infant with neonatal soft tissue sarcoma: a case report

Background :The incidence of sarcomas occurs in less than 1% all malignant tumors but sarcoma is the cause 2% total cancer deaths. Based on National Registry neonatal 2.6 per million live births.Case Description : A baby girl aged 3 days, complaining a mass patient's left thigh since birth. was large from birth and there only one thigh. In prenatal history, mother with routine ANC history to midwife, never having control an obstetrician, not sick during pregnancy took medication outside doctor's prescription. perinatal born G1P1A0, gestational age at term, by cesarean section, weight 2800 grams, crying, active movement, reddish color, vomiting (-) genitalia (+) anus (+)Conclusion Soft tissue (STS) require proper diagnosis management. The results rhomboid flap tumor resection area are better skin grafts similar shape location provide cosmetic advantages very few complications.
